Return Policy

 

We offer a 100% Guarantee on ALL PARTS and LABOR for manufacturing defects. We will gladly accept returns due to manufacturing defects and make repairs as soon as possible. Otherwise NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization.

As you probably realize, when we sell a magic effect, in addition to the various apparatus, gimmicks and gaffs, which may be included, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is accomplished. Once you have learned the secret you obviously cannot simply return it as you would most products. In fairness to those who have purchased such information from others or us and who rely on this secret knowledge in their performances, we are very careful about protecting the inner working of all effects we sell. For this reason we cannot accept returns unless under the condition stated above.

Wolf’s Magic does its very best to not misrepresent any item we sell. We try to give close-up multiple photos as well as extensive descriptions. We aim for a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a simple principle of good business. However, ultimate responsibility for purchases rests with the customer. It is the customer who has the best grasp of his or her own needs and capabilities. Wolf’s Magic promises to do the best we can to help you acquire the necessary equipment and the knowledge of that equipment that will allow you to achieve your magical goals, whether you are building a professional act or just enjoying magic as a great hobby. But ultimately, no one knows your act or your aspirations in magic as well as YOU do. For these reasons we ask that you consider your purchases carefully. Thank you for your understanding 🙂

 

 

Shipping Policy 

 

General

All orders must be paid in full before shipping! We will try to ship orders within 1-2 business days from when the payment is received.  Orders shipped Fed Ex or USPS Priority will receive an email with the tracking details.  Orders shipped 1st Class will not receive tracking details, but the shipment should arrive within 6-10 business days.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

US Shipments

Our courier of choice for large US bound packages is FED-EX Ground due to their dependability and cost effectiveness. Smaller items will be shipped USPS.  Large packages with a P.O. Box destination will be shipped USPS, since FED-EX Ground will not ship to P.O. Boxes.  As a standard, we do insure packages over $100, but if a package is lost we will not reimburse shipping costs, only the value insured.  If the package does not include tracking and insurance, we will NOT offer a refund for lost packages.

 

International Shipments

We will ship internationally, but at the customers risk.  Once a package has left our possession we can not be held responsible for it.  International orders will be shipped via USPS.  We have found USPS to have the most reasonable rates (1/3 that of the major couriers).  Unfortunately USPS does not offer tracking on some international orders.  If the package does not include tracking, we will NOT offer a refund for lost packages. As a standard, we will insure packages over $100, but if the package is lost we will not reimburse shipping costs, only the value insured.  Please know the International shipping prices included in checkout does not include any taxes and/or duties your country may impose. It is the recipient’s responsibility to determine any additional fees.

Deposits for Ventriloquist Figures

We do require a 50% deposit to begin work on any ventriloquist figure.  The timeline for delivery/completion will be determined before the deposit is accepted.  If payment in full is not received within 180 days of the pre-determined completion date, the puppet will be available for sale and the deposit forfeited.  We will offer deposit refunds if the figure was not completed within the 180 days, or if delivery is canceled due to manufacturing limitations.  All ventriloquist figure deposits will be arranged privately, so please contact us if you have an interest.
